許多台灣高中生畢業後到海外留學讀的科系大部分都是以醫學系為主，此次2021年匈牙利留學的大學是匈牙利國內數一數二的德布勒森大學 University of Debrecen，目前整理到的高中是延平中學，有申請到醫學系，除此之外，2020年申請同樣大學與同樣科系的是德布勒森大學醫學系的是位於台南市的瀛海高中 ，這幾年海外留學盛行，雖然因為疫情影響下，到匈牙利留學在亞洲國家來說還是很多，好處是比英國大學的學費較低，生活費用也比其他歐洲國家較低，但讀醫科與牙科還是很高，是需要特別注意的。
雖然匈牙利的大學數量不多，但是佔世界大學1000名以內還不少，以目前 QS 2022 Ranking 來統計，有以下的學校：
